this game was interesting and scary! I loved the atmosphere the game gave off. The ending needs to be animated better cause I honestly thought someone just lost their head instead of a ghost head attacking me. Very creepy game
It was fun and interesting to get into a Peruvian myth! Would have liked to see more of the myth unfold (read about it in the video) but an interesting implementation into the game! (Also game was very dark.. Spoopy..)
Uma is one of those games that is pretty simple on task and really gives off the unwanted atmosphere. When it came to the match as a light source, it really pushes you to see where you going to the unknown darkness. I personally like to explore around the world of other games like these. I’m aware this is short but I really had a good time with the game, it genuine spooked pretty good but I enjoy the thrill! appreciate ya making it possible for us to try it! -From Sewer Devil
I also got lost a few times. I do like quite a bit about the game, though I wish there had been a little more included about la Uma's mythos and her hunting habits. I think it was fine for a quick game. I go into the entity's lore a little at the end of my bideo!
This game starts off okay but the darkness is a bit too much for an area with no environmental clues on where to go and a power box that is hidden behind a tiny path that you can't see unless you hug the wall all the way around the map. It's hard to maintain any immersion when you're frustrated from walking around the same area for several times the total games length.
If you know what to do this game is a minute long so the majority of your game time will be looking for a tiny path in the dark.
The payoff isn't great either.
Why are we living here? Why is this happening to us? Why don't we have a flashlight? Why wouldn't our character tell us where the fuse box is? Doesn't matter.
The game does look great when you can see it. I like the style and sprite work.
Really nice short game with aesthetic visuals and an interesting background! Only things I would say are lacking are the scares! But overall it was a nice experience.
